This booklight works so perfect with the Kindle. The neck is so flexible. You can twist/turn multiple degrees, which allows for easy user control. A bonus to the flexibility of the light: when reading in bed, you can tilt the light so it doesn't shine in the direction of your sleeping partner, but still allows for full visibility of the page being read. In addition, the Kindle cover closes very easily with the light attached. Love this booklight!

I bought this book light on the basis of the recommendations that you see here for it's use with a Kindle. Now that I have had it for a while, I wholeheartedly agree that it is by far the best for this purpose of the many book lights I have tried. Most importantly, the light covers the whole Kindle, and is uniform (not dark in some places and bright in others.
I've never tried traveling with it, so I can't really speak to it's durability, but this is the perfect little book light for reading your (paper or e-ink) novel while your sweetheart catches a few winks.

To be truthful I only got to use the light with my Kindle twice,and then my wife who was in the hospital took it. She loved it and at least 3 nurses ordered it after seeing my wife use it. It works great with my Kindle.

The Great Point Light Flex Neck Clip-On Reading Light for Kindle (White)has filled all my expectations for a reading light for my Kindle. It can be positioned on the Kindle in many ways and light is spread evenly over the reading area.Refections from the Kindle can be annoying but by tilting the Kindle a bit easily solved this problem. I have now used this light for a few months and I am very well satisfied with it.

I bought this to use at night on my Kindle so I don't wake up my husband. Others have complained about battery life, but I haven't had any big issues with it. I have had it for almost 4 months and it is still working. I have probably used it for at least 30 hours. It does create a glare in certain positions on my Kindle. It also is difficult to position the clip on the Kindle. All in all though it does what I need it to do.
