piece of junk July 6, 2010 linda m. spink 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
This light is awkward fitting on the kindle and does not work well. It worked fine for 2 days..then the battery seemed to go out. I couldn't open it to change the battery. After another week of not using it, I tried again to turn it on or change the battery...I got it on and it wouldn't turn off. It is going back I should have read the reviews before ordering.
Lovw that Lamp July 6, 2010 Ruth Waltuch Jonas (Norwalk, CT, US) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
It's too new to comment on durability and battery life. As to the rest, it's excellent. I am extremely please. I enjoy the fact that I can hang it near where I will read in the dark.
Love my Kindle July 3, 2010 Leigh S. Ehlers 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I got this as to not keep my husband up an night with the lamp. It is very bright, although sometimes a little too bright. The clip is a little awkward in terms of packing, but is not too bad. Overall, an excellent reading light.

I love this light. It is adaptable and gives just the right amount of light where I need it.
Tip for getting more light out this product June 29, 2010 Jason D 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This light works pretty well with my Kindle. I had been looking around and it pretty much covered my must-haves.
-Light. Since I'm going to be clipping this to the top of my Kindle, I didn't want the light to make the Kindle top heavy.
-Clip onto the Kindle easily without touching the e-Ink screen. You can pretty much clip this anywhere on the Kindle body without any problem.
-Uniform light. A previous book light I had used a weird-shaped plastic light cover that cast shadows within the lighted area. This light shines pretty uniformly.
One thing I quickly noticed is that if I pressed on the battery cover the light shined brighter. So...
ProTip: Take your battery cover off and get a very small amount of folded paper. (I used maybe a half inch square folded in half) Place this on top of the batteries and put the cover back on. This piece of paper should help press down on the batteries slightly, mimicking the finger press I mentioned above. The light should now shine brighter.
