This is a very good "bumper" and gives a soft feel to the Kindle. The translucency allows you to see the printing on the Kindle surface. The fit is precise with open slots for the attachments. Here's hoping I won't have to put it through the test of the Kindle falling and hitting a hard surface.

This is one of those products that is so simple yet such an improvement for the reader. It gives you a firm hold on the Kindle and does not make your hands sweat even in 90 degree heat. My compliments!

I'm quite pleased with this product.
It works just fine with my Kindle case (the original Amazon one) though I had to make some tiny slits in the side to allow the hinges to pass through. I had been concerned that the silicone case would be too thick to allow the cover to close properly but I'm pleased to say that it fits just fine.
The fit is a little loose at the sides and the imprinted "NEXT PAGE" buttons don't match up exactly, but it's not a big problem for me. I bought it to protect the sides of my Kindle while it's in my purse and this product works perfectly for that.
Another slight down side is that crumbs, hair and lint stick to the silicone, but a quick wipe with a damp cloth takes them right off.
