I believe in quality over quantity and was able to purchase this Cole Hahn case - it is well worth the price! My fear since purchasing the Kindle is dropping it and if I ever do (!) this case will easily protect it from any damage! So you not only have a well-protected Kindle because of the high-quality Cole Hahn case but a very sophisticated looking case as well!

Just got my case in the mail today, and I couldn't be happier. This is by far the best Kindle case I've seen/touched/smelled (yes, it smells really great)! It's soft and feels good in hand. It is comfortable when reading, and I forget it's there (which is really what you want). Finally, I'm not terrified to take my Kindle everywhere with me. One thing to note: it does take a bit of work to get the Kindle into the hooks. It's not a bad case; it just fits nice and tight. I fidgeted with it for a bit, and now it's very securely in place. I'd much rather have this than the Kindle loose in the case. It works nicely once you have it in. I highly recommend this case, and if you can get it for half off, it's a steal. Enjoy!

I ordered my Cole Haan cover last week. I am delighted with the looks and feel of the leather. It is just what I was looking for. But the hinges were bent and will not go in. I am afraid if I bend them,Cole Haan Hand-Stained Pebble Grain Leather Kindle Cover with Hinge (Fits 6" Display), Saddle Tan they will break. I can't use it this way, so what should I do. To make matters worse, I got it just as the price was cut in half.

I got this for my Kindle and it's the best cover/case I've ever used! Super-soft leather with the fantastic Kindle latch to hold it in place. Has the best tactical feel of any case I've ever had, and is better than any iPad case I've ever seen. I cut off the annoying "Cole Haan" tag from the front (it was stitched on), and though that left little holes in the cover, I like it better that way. The tag was just tacky and added unnecessary bulk to the cover. I also put leather conditioner (left over from my shoes) over the outside of the case and it took that quite well.
I recommend this over any other Kindle case. It's minimalist, beautiful leather, without the added reinforcement most cover manufacturers add to their cases. Gorgeous!

This Cole Haan cover features soft brown leather on the outside and real "goatskin suede" lining (as opposed to the "suede" microfiber linings on the also excellent original Amazon Kindle and M-Edge Prodigy K2 covers).

The "hinge system" lined up properly and attached to the Kindle with no problems.
This cover is a real bargain at $50, not much more than the Amazon Kindle or M-Edge Prodigy K2 covers (which I also have).
This Cole Haan cover weighs 6 ounces (the same as the original Amazon Kindle K2 cover; less than the 10.5 ounces M-Edge Prodigy cover with optional light and battery).
Highly recommended, especially at the sale price.
