Kindle is a must if you:
*are in a book club
*read more than 3 books a month
*travel and want your library to fit in your purse
*want to change the type size to your "morning eyes"
*would like your book read to you
*prefer to read in full sunlight
*you need a dictionary at your fingertips
*want to finish your novel on your iphone

I find myself reading more, and enjoying the experiance more. The kindle is light and easy to carry. I even downloaded a new book I had just started so I could use my kindle to read it. I really dont care if it is in black and white, it is better then holding a book, and I have been reading a loooong time. I just wish I could share a book with my wife, Then downloading a reference book would be more attective.

After much consideration, I bought my kindle. I frequent the library regularly, so I was very hesitant about having to purchase books that I can borrow for free. However, the convenience of carrying only a kindle with any number of books available on it sold me. I do only use it for traveling and I love not having to carry multiple books or having to decide in advance what type of books to bring. They are all on my kindle. Being able to purchase new books anywhere and anytime is such a great convenience and FAST. The selection of books is vast and many books, especially older releases, are much cheaper than the $9.99 price of many bestsellers or newer books. I have found new authors to read by browsing the free kindle downloads and I can find books by my favorite authors that I can't find at the library. I am very pleased that I splurged and bought myself a kindle. I do highly recommend purchasing some type of cover since chances are the kindle will be thrown in a bag when not in use.

I like my Kindle but it is pretty slow. Reading a book is very nice and clear to read. However, moving around is slow and other features that I am still trying to learn are also slow. It is really nice to read a book on this unit because it is light and can increase the size of print to make it easy to read. I am happy with it and would tell others to get one.
