I was quite happy with my purchase from this merchant. I would purchase items from this merchant again. The book works well and the reader itself latches right into the cover so it is virtually impossible for it to fall out.
I would suggest this purchase for anyone with the ereader by Sony.

I ordered this product by mistake and was concerned that it could not be returned. I contacted the seller. The seller made the return process quick and easy. I will definitely order from this seller again.

The product is a great product and would have been great if it had been the correct item. I called to get an RMA to return the item because it didn't fit. I was told of my $25.00 I would only get $12.00 back. I did not send the item back because it would have costed me the $12.00 to send it back so it wasn't worth it to send back.
I asked to have the item replaced with the correct one, but was told that they did not carry the item that I needed.
If you order this item you better make sure it is the correct item because you will end up paying to send them product back the money they are going to return to you.
