JetBook Downloading February 9, 2010

We just bought the JetBook as a gift for an avid reader and realized that only unsecure formats can be downloaded. They do have sites for you to buy books but the books we are looking for are in the secure section, so we can't get them. I did my research on the JetBook but was never told that there are secure and not-secure formats. Other than not being able to download anything we want, the JetBook is well made. My mother likes the size of the devise and likes the screen. She likes the devise very much and will be heart broken if ECTACO doesn't obtain the technology or the rights to get the encrypted books.
